If you need your order to be delivered faster than the standard lead time, the rush order option allows you to activate express delivery for your order.
Prerequisite: the operator must have previously set a production lead time for the product.
Go to the order details page.
Select the desired product.
Click on the desired delivery date field.
Choose the desired delivery date from the calendar.
If the selected delivery date is shorter than the defined production lead time, the order will automatically switch to rush order mode.
Complete the remaining order information.
Validate the order to send it to the operator.
The operator will contact you to confirm feasibility.

Rush order dates in the calendar are highlighted with an orange background and a tooltip.
View the production lead time
If a production lead time has been defined by the operator, it will be displayed on the product page or within the order details.
