An order contains the list of products and Open Briefs (free briefs) to be delivered to one or more addresses.
From the catalog
Go to the “Catalog” tab in the main menu.
Select the product you want to order.
On the product page, configure your product → Learn more about product configuration.
Name your order (you can modify it later if needed).
Click “Save and View Order”; your order will automatically be created as a draft.
From the Order Details page:
Click “Add Product” to include another item. Your draft order will be automatically updated with the new product.
How to Create a New Order from the Orders List
Go to the “My Orders” tab in the main menu.
Click the “New Order” button in the top right corner.
Name your order (you can modify it later if needed).
If necessary, share this order with other members of your team. They’ll be able to interact with or track the order.
Click “Confirm” — your order will automatically be created as a draft.
Click “Add Product.”
Select the product you want to order.
On the product page, configure your product → Learn more about product configuration.
Click “Add to this Order” : your draft order will automatically be updated with the new product.
From the Order Details page:
Click “Add Product” again to include additional items in your order.
How to Complete an Order
At this stage, your order has been created as a draft.
To send it to the operator, you must complete the order configuration.
Go to the Order Details page.
Select the desired product.
Click on the delivery date field.
Choose your preferred delivery date from the calendar → Learn more about Rush Orders (express delivery).
Configure the versions → Learn more about the Versions step.
Click “Add Address” → Learn more about Multi-Dispatch Delivery.
Select the desired address.
Click “Select” to confirm your choice.
How to Validate an Order
Review all the information entered in the Order Details page.
Click the “Validate Order” button.
Edit the order name if needed.
If necessary, share this order with other members of your team — they’ll be able to interact with or track the order.
Click “Confirm” to send the order to the operator.
💡 Tips
Incomplete Order
From the Order Details page, an orange indicator next to each product name shows the information that still needs to be completed before the order can be sent to the operator.
Duplicate an Order
If you’ve already placed an order with similar products, you can duplicate it to save time.
