Tracking your Kazaar support requests is simple and can be done in two main ways.
1. By Email (Automatic Updates)
Each time you use the "Send a request" button within the Kazaar Support environment, a ticket is automatically created in Zendesk.
You will receive email notifications for every update, response, or status change regarding your request.
2. Via Your Zendesk Account (Centralized View)
For complete and centralized tracking of all your past and current requests, we recommend logging in:
Access the Kazaar Support page.
Click the "Sign In" button located in the top right corner.
By logging in (or creating your account the first time), you open a free personal account on the Zendesk platform.

View the history of all your requests in one place.
Closely track the responses and evolution of each ticket.
This feature is free and available to all Kazaar users.
