The My Tasks list (prior Dashboard) is designed to offer you a complete, real-time view of all your orders, from the initial request to final delivery. The tasks displayed on My Tasks list are sorted by order name, requested delivery date, and by product.
At the top of the screen, you will find numerical indicators for a quick overview of activity:
Assigned orders / Current Orders: The total number of orders in the system.
Urgent tasks: The total number of urgent actions requiring processing.
Retroplanning sent: The number of production schedules sent for current projects (for Project Managers only).
Overdue tasks: A list of tasks still outstanding after the deadline (for Clients only).
New Request: for Altavia Project Managers only.
This section highlights requests pending client action.
The "Assign me" button allows you to assign the project to yourself, track it, and share it.
Order Definition
This is the list of all orders that are currently in the preparation and validation phase before entering physical production.
Each line displays the Order Name, Order ID, the Product ordered, and the Planned Delivery Date. The buttons in the Task column indicate the action required to unblock the next step in the process: downloading the quote, downloading the BATs (proofs), validating the quote, etc.
In Production
This section lists orders for which the validation steps have been completed and that are currently in the process of manufacturing or logistics handling.
Delivered
This is the list of orders that have been marked as delivered.
