How to Change Your Password

If you have forgotten your Kazaar password or wish to change it, you can use the Forgot Password function from the login screen.

Instructions:

  1. Go to Kazaar.

  2. Click on "Log In" (or "Sign In").

  3. Click on "Forgot Password."

  4. Enter your email address.

  5. Click on "Send."

  6. Open your email inbox.

  7. Click the password reset link.

  8. Enter your new password.

  9. Confirm your new password.

  10. Click on "Send."

 

⚠️ Common Issues (Troubleshooting)

 

If you do not receive the password reset email, please perform the following checks:

  • Verify your email address and ensure it is the address associated with your Kazaar account. If you are unsure, contact your administrator.

  • Check for typos in the email address you entered.

  • Check your spam/junk folders, as password reset emails occasionally end up in these folders.
